My Little Pony is a toy line and media franchise aimed towards little girls launched in 1982 and currently developed by American toy company (((Hasbro))). In the early 2010s, in an attempt to steal off more shekels from the foid masses, they teamed up with Lauren Faust to create a children's cartoon based around the toyline, which is My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic. It somehow ended up appealing to adult men of advanced taste, who happen to be sexually attracted to cartoon horses.[1] Many fans self-identified themselves as Bronies (mix of 2 words: "Bro" and "Pony"). The show, which mainly focuses on Generation 4 (generations are basically iterations or reboots of the show), ran for 9 seasons throughout 2010 to 2019 before being replaced by Generation 5 which seriously failed to live up to the successes of G4 and was cancelled prematurely.
It also had a spin-off, Equestria Girls, which had the ponies as human high-school students to compete with Monster High or whatever.
Lee Goldson was a poster during the end of the last golden age of 4chan (even though there wasn't even a golden age, ever), and also spent his days getting baited by half of 4chan, often on /qa/, where he posted his famous image of Tracer's feet. Due to his dedicated mission against all pony references on 4cuck, Anons used said autism to test his reaction time and milk his gegs. This is known as Leebait.
Bronies (usually 13 to 40 years old) are adult people (unisex term) obsessed with the aforementioned little girl's toyline/cartoons. This were born on 4cuck's /co/ and subsequently entrenched themselves across other boards, notably /b/. The brony problem was so big on 4cuck Moot ended up banishing them to a containment board and failing miserably, since they do it for free.
A sizable part of the brony community sexualises the cartoon characters involved, and it shows with a lot of their memes being sexual in nature. There's too much degeneracy by ponyfags to add to this page, but one of the most notable examples is an anon creating the legendary "cumjar" meme of Rainbow Dash figurine that broke the internet.[it just did, ok?] Many bronies are "cloppers", i.e., they masturbate to MLP pornography.
Twilight Sparkle is the main character of the show. She is a purple unicorn (who later turns into an alicorn
and a princess). She was such an asocial loser that the princess of the whole of Equestria sent her to Ponyville
so she could make some friends, thereby meeting the rest of the Mane 6.
Twilight's special talent (and life focus) is Magic and the study of magic. Her favourite past time is reading, she
loves studying and obsessing over snca. She's very practical, plans ahead for almost everything, loves
keeping things organised and sharing her interests with (You).
Twilight Sparkle was born in Canterlot to Twilight Velvet (Mother) and Night Light (Father) and shared a household with
her brother Shining Armour. As a filly, Twilight loved studying and learning all things magic. This led her to pursue
a position at Princess Celestia's school of friendship after being inspired by Celestia during the annual Summer Sun
Celebration.
Twilight gained her cutie mark during the enterance exam to Princess Celestia's school for gifted unicorn by hatching
a real dragon egg. 'Spike' the dragon would then grow up to be Twilights literal slave humble assistant.
After studying at Celestia's school for a while, Celestia realised that Twilight was kind of a loner and decided to ship
her off to ponyville to 'Study Friendship' there and to report back to her everytime she learnt something new. After arriving
at ponyville, she met each of the mane 6 cast members and they became lifelong friends after a catastrophy caused them
to form a new found friendship.
After meeting the cast and going on many wholesome adventures, Twilight would achieve the rank of Alicorn princess, gaining
wings, untold power and immortality.
Fluttershy, bearing the element of kindness, is a yellow wimpy pegasus femcel that resides in a hut just at the edge of the Everfree forest, where she cares for animals. Having a cutie mark of three butterflies, animals are her special talent, and she pulls money out of her ass to feed them and care for them 24/7. Due to her severe shyness, they are also her biggest friends. She is such a femcel that she spends all her time browsing Crystal Cafe. Thoughbeit she is the most Aryan of the ponies due to being light coloured and having blue eyes.
Applejack is an orange pony who lives and works at a farm. She speaks in a Southern American accent and wears a cool cowboy hator something like that, yeah. She spends her days kicking poor, helpless trees for their apples, which she later uses to make alcoholic drinks for the ponies of Ponyville. She is more conservative as she insists on not using magic for certain tasks, like clearing the snow from Ponyville, and hates niggers. She represents the element of honesty.
Rarity is a white unicorn who designs clothes for a living known for being a selfish little fuck who constantly whines about snca things like her clothes or mane, even when the whole land of Equestria is in danger or there are bigger things to worry about. She is the element of generosity.
Pinkie Pie is an autistic pink pony who tries to make other ponies smile. She works at the bakery, hosts parties for Ponyville, most commonly birthday parties, and has reality-bending powers for some fucking reason, as she breaks the fourth wall a lot. She was raised on a rock farm where they mined lots of coals and gems. However, she left this life behind to instead move to Ponyville and throw parties. She is the element of laughter.

In the year 2010, following the release of a teaser at Hasbro's website, Anonymous users on /co/ anticipated the release of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, the release of the first episodes sparked discussions on /co/, where Anons talked about the show, but are mostly fantasized about how it would be like having sex with each of the Mane Ϫ. As the episodes came along, to /co/'s demise, interest in the show was building up at an impressive rate, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic was often frowned upon by fellow manchildren who though they were better than anyone else because they watched a PG-13 show instead of a PG show.[3]
Eventually, ponies started spilling out of /co/, and into the dwellings /b/, amazingly, even /b/, with the most horrible, most shitty, most retarded threads in the history of the internet couldn't bear the sight of cartoon horses, what followed was nothing less than an utter Culture War. Posting ponies on /b/ would become a bannable offense, Moot eventually ceded to the ever-growing bronies after they flooded every corner of the website with ponies.
Sometime later he opened /mlp/ while creating Global Rule 15, which is still enforced to this day. Following the opening of /mlp/, it rose to become one of the most active boards on 4chan, which can't be said for its current state, with dwindling PPH, factionalized generals and overall hostility. It now carries its ills and goods, for example being home to great fandom-famous artists like Batsy and hosting active brony events like MareFair or /mlp/con which explicitly bans furries,🗝️ but also being a massive echo chamber of oldfags, who get a heart attack if you don't adhere to their shitty 14 year old circlejerk culture because you joined two years ago.
Ponychan was an imageboard that is used for posting ponies. Ponychan was created on 7th February 2011. The current ponychan launched after the old one JSID'd.
My Little Pony content was prohibited during the Soot[4] and early kuz eras[5], but it was unbanned by the latter after buying the Sharty due to his pro-NAS stance (and also because he's a pedophile).
After kuz unbanned MLP content, it was on rare occasions posted on /qa/ but had little to no presence until the late DOLL era. It is believed that pony posters began posting in force on /soy/ and /qa/ after a Shartyraid on /mlp/'s circlejerks such as Cytubes and TF2/GMod servers, eventually rising to more relevancy on the late DOLL era. With diminished moderation during the late DOLL era, pony posters were able to spamNAS pony threads with little recourse. Doll's refusal to deal with the spam and sympathy for them shown in the /q/ Q&A threads was one of the major factors destroying DOLL's image before the Soypocalypse and rise of FRQQT.
As a part of the 50 Board Plan the /mlp/ board was created. It became one of the most active FOTM boards, gathering existing pony posters, Leebaiters and even tourists from 4chan's /mlp/. By the time of its closure /mlp/ managed to get 573 posts, while /zellig/ only had about 400 at the time.
On September 5th Froot ordered the board to be locked and everyone who posted on it to be permanently 'nished. However, interestingly enough, this didn't disqualify it from competing against /sneed/ in the matchoffs.
/mlp/ was reopened around the 16th of June, 2025 by Boot to mixed reactions, with 'cado (mostly coinslots) and anti-ponynigger posts being spammed on the 'log.[8]
One of the faggots who joined amongst the /mlp/ invasion and began making xerself at home on the Sharty.[9]
Xe renders what many deem as NAS coal, such as a ponified Doll. His artwork was posted on websites such as e621[10] and twibooru, the posters in these websites were anonymous.
Shortly after the Nate in Equestria adventure thread was created in late January of 2025, ponyniggers began infesting /soy/. After a counterraid where pony threads were spammed and saged with text that would severely lag them[11][12][13][14], a janny larping as Lee Goldson created a thread asking for 5000 replies to fix the "pony problem"[15][16][17]. It ended up reaching said goal a day later (even after xe autosaged it); and now posting My Little Pony or Barney content on /soy/ results in your post getting deleted and a 6-hour ban with one of Lee's phrases. A janny in the IRC admitted to the thread being botted, but counted those replies anyway for gegs. The ban is lifted as of now.
