Italia, also known as uh Shitaly by it'suh haters, is a mediterranean country in uh Europe, and the successor to the Roman Empire.^{[it just is, ok?]} They are uh best known for spaghetti and are eternal enemies with ~~Argentina~~ <- (Even doe the anti-italian argentines are actually bolivian immigrants who hate Italy because italians discriminate them in Argentina GEEEEEG). Italians are also bestuh known for speaking like-uh this. Julius Caesar is like its founder or something.

In the hundredsuh BC, Italy grew as the Roman Empire and owned most of Europe and uh North Africa. In the hundreds AD the Roman Empire would uh split into a Western Italian Roman Empire and an Eastern uh Greek Roman Empire. German barbarians woulduh ravage the Western Italian One ^[a] and the dark ages would begin.

The dark ages woulduh end when an Italian would startuh the renaissance inuh the 1400s.

During the early 1800's the Italian peninsula woulduh unify and modern Italy would be uh born.

In uh the 1920's Mussolini woulduh take power anduh create Fascism. In the 1930's they would align with uh Germany and create uh the Axis. They already had uh some African Colonies and invaded Ethiopia during uh this uh time. In uh 1939 WWII woulduh begin and they had an infamous reputation of uhsucking. Later Italy woulduh be invaded and split into Allieduh South and Axisuh Northuh. The Southuh side woulduh win and Mussolini was uh killed and uh hung. Italy wasn't uh split like uh Germany and allied withuh the west during the Cold War.
